Flat white. Switched the single espresso to double ristretto. Not really tasting the aroma but at least less bitterness. The bean was not really suitable for espresso, according to the barista: less flavour (less acidic too I suppose).
Good time nonetheless.
Update: The barista explained the large proportion of milk in flat white diluted the shot and its characteristics... Make sense.
New menu with simplified coffee section: just black, or white (witness milk) in different sizes. Interesting concept behind:
It was designed to prevent disagree from the customers come with different definition of all the fancy coffee names and recipes, but what is more ingenius this could turn out is, for those who knows what he/she wants, doesn't matter there's no specified menu; for those who don't really have an idea, the simple new menu works just fine.
